Stop procrastination

To cut off the tendency to procrastination you just need to ask a very simple question. Let's take a practical example: points the alarm clock tomorrow morning at 6 to go running.

The next morning the alarm rings, at this point what do you do?

You get up and go running or do you give the temptation, turn off the alarm clock and go back to sleep?

After all, an extra or less training is not that then changes a lot in the general picture of the situation, right?

What does change, however, and by a lot, is something much more important: the identity you are building for yourself.

The identity of a person who does not do what he should do, who refers the commitments, who does not maintain the promises he makes to himself (and therefore, most likely, that he does not even keep those made to others).

The next time you hear the tendency to procrastinate, anything, not just a training, try to ask you:

What kind of person am I becoming?

What identity are I building myself?

You will know immediately if the behavior in question (what you should do or not do) will somehow influence your identity.
