I repeated uphill

Massimiliano Spini - Extraordinary Coach

“Keep putting one foot in front of the other, and then one day you'll look back and find you've climbed a mountain.” – T. Hiddlestone

When you repeat uphill, all you have to do is run up and down a climb without ever stopping. You push when you go up, I'll rest when you get off.

You can well understand that resting while running downhill is not a real rest, and this is precisely the true strength of this type of training: the body learns to rest and recover energy while making an effort. In fact, running downhill cannot properly be defined as a situation of rest.

If we apply this concept to everyday life, we can achieve enormous benefits. Next time you feel too tired to make that phone call, write that email, or meet that particular person, try making a little effort.

Try pushing yourself a little beyond your usual limits. Over time, you'll learn to regain your strength and energy even in less than restful situations.

You will be able to do more things, do them better and in less time.
