The body can only go where the mind has already been.
The body has limits, the mind does not. However, it is our mind that creates our limits. This is my job: to help you get the most out of yourself. The key word is "Sport coaching." I'm an ultrarunner and a mental coach. I'm an athlete like you, and I know what fear and moments of demotivation are, but I also know what happens when we start using our minds to improve our performance. Tennis players, cyclists, runners, pilots, soccer players, skiers—all sports are based on training, concentration, and discipline. The mind is everything.
The limit is just a reminder.
It only tells us where we got to yesterday, but it can't tell us anything about where we can get to today.

Mental Coach for Sport
How important is the mind in sports? Fear can hold back even the most trained athlete, and a lack of discipline prevents them from achieving their goals. An unfocused mind, crowded with thoughts, has no room to express itself; it's suffocated and prevents us from achieving our optimal performance.
At high levels, all great athletes have a Mental Coach at their side, a mental trainer who supports them in setting goals, managing emotions, and achieving the best possible performance. Sports Coaching is the key to making the leap in quality. Today, we can all have a Mental Coach to improve our sport and therefore lead a more fulfilling life.
