Fatigue

Nowadays the fatigue is definitely not in fashion . Just look around to see products, services, shortcuts and tricks of all kinds. All who have a single purpose: that of not making us struggle.
What is fatigue?
It is nothing more than a signal that our brain sends to our body, and the meaning of this signal is "Attention! Here everything is ok, from here on you are on an unknown ground!". In practice, the brain warns you that you are doing something you don't know , so something uncomfortable.
