Exercise 1: focused breathing
Objective of the exercise: calm the mind and improve concentration through controlled and focused breathing.
How to perform the exercise:

3. Take the air for a few moments.
4. Exhale slowly by verbally or mentally pronouncing the word chosen.
5. Continue for at least 3-4 minutes.
When to use it: very useful before a competition, during moments of stress or when you need to find calm.
Exercise 2: performance trailer
Objective of the exercise: improve a specific part of your performance through display.
How to perform the exercise:
1. Identify a part of your performance you want to improve. Create a short mental "trailer" of this part of the performance.
2. View in third person yourself while performing that segment perfectly, leaving in slow motion. Observe every detail clearly and precisely.
3. Gradually increases the speed of the display, until you reach the natural pace of your performance.
4. Pass firsthand and continue to view the segment, now feeling part of the scene, focusing attention on how you feel while performing the performance in an excellent way.
When to use it: ideal for preparing for a presentation, a sporting competition or any situation in which you want to optimize your performance.
Exercise 3: resilience diary
Objective of the exercise: to develop resilience by recognizing and analyzing their personal progress.
How to perform the exercise:
1. Write daily on your diary describing the difficult situations you faced and how you have overcome them.
2. Identify the strategies that worked and those that could be improved.
3. Read the diary periodically to recognize your progress and strengthen your trust in your ability to face adversity.
When to use it: excellent for building personal awareness and trust in contexts of daily life, work or sports.
