Extraordinary people and Mental Training

If we look at each other a little around it is not so rare to see people who perform extraordinary companies. Also dealing with Mental Training I must say that I often have the good fortune to know personally.
Entrepreneurs who conquer the market with a revolutionary idea that at the beginning had not even been taken into consideration. Girls who spread their message managing to be heard by the whole world. Persons in old age who perform unthinkable sports companies even for them to be younger than decades.
We could give many more examples, all of them involving extraordinary people capable of achieving extraordinary feats. But what does it ultimately mean to be an extraordinary person? What is the connection between mental training and being extraordinary?
In most cases, we don't witness the presence of any particular physical or intellectual gifts. Generally, these are , let's say, "ordinary" human beings, without any particularly outstanding qualities.
Extraordinary people
So what is it that makes normal people extraordinary? What is it that allows them to believe in a firmly in an idea to the total dedication? What is it that allows them to do what they do with an unwavering faith? How do they continue on their journey with an inscilable determination even when everything seems against them?
If you think about it, extraordinary people are nothing more than ordinary people. People like you and me. And they all have one thing in common: they have deeply understood and decided what is truly important to them. They have understood that, for them, the most important thing is improving people's lives through a small idea. They have understood that, for them, the most important thing is spreading a message that comes from the heart. They have understood that it is possible to inspire others by following your passion.
Mental Training
And this is where mental training comes in: often, to define important aspects such as one's priorities or purpose, one relies on the support of a coach or mental trainer. This increasingly popular figure can support people in their search for their vision, their purpose , and, more generally, in the pursuit of greater well-being.
The question I ask you is this:
Do you understand what is really important for you?
Have you decided for what is it really worth living?
